The“Sentiers d’Art en Condroz-Famenne<\/a>” long-distance hiking trail stretches for almost 155 km through the communes of Assesse, Ciney, Gesves, Hamois, Havelange, Ohey and Somme-Leuze. It is punctuated by over 55 works of art in nature. These works belong to the Land Art movement that emerged in the 1960s. The artist intervenes directly on the space and components of the landscape and nature, using natural materials (branches, rocks, foliage, hay, etc.) and the installation evolves over time until it eventually biodegrades. These are often ephemeral works of art. On Sentiers d’Art, they’re destined to stay for a few years. Since 2022, there have also been 6 Street Art murals.<\/p>\n

Europ’Aventure offers you the opportunity to walk this marked trail (red rectangle with the inscription “Sentiers d’Art”) during a 65 km loop in 3 stages. You will have the opportunity to discover more than twenty of the exhibited works and you will stay in pleasant guest houses<\/p>\n

Given the size of our accommodation, the Sentier d’Art is aimed exclusively at small groups (maximum 4 people) and is the ideal solution for all types of walkers: marked path (red square), quality accommodation, luggage transport and information on the region.
