What to do around Saint-Hubert

The Saint-Hubert region is full of activities to do with family and friends. Even though the main focus is on nature and hiking, there are many interesting things to do in the area. Here is a non-exhaustive list of activities in the area.

We recommend that you consult the Saint-Hubert tourist office for more information on the possibilities offered by the region.

The game park of Saint-Hubert allows you to discover the Ardennes game during a pleasant moment of relaxation in family. Only 2 km from the city center, in a beautiful wooded area, you can admire deer, bison, fallow deer, wild boar, and other forest animals that will delight your children. The animals have a lot of space in this park, but thanks to a favorable construction, they are easily visible. The boar area is closed, but you can walk through the deer area and get up to 10m away from them.

The park is crisscrossed with several hiking trails to allow you to discover these friendly animals while being active and outdoors.

A museum 2.0 that gives pride of place to new technologies: touch screens, videos, … A museum that speaks of the past, but in a modern way.

On the other side you will find the Open Air Museum and its 40 ha dedicated to the rural life in Wallonia, whose first mission is the safeguard of the built heritage. Mission accomplished thanks to the transplantation of 19th and 20th century buildings that you will discover through a walk in an exceptional setting.
