Initiation stay “Forest Bath” in the Daverdisse region

Program

Day 1

Daverdisse
Reception at the accommodation in the afternoon and handing over of the complete file. Evening meal included.

Day 2

Initiation Forest Bath (maximum 10 km)
For this day, you leave on foot from the village of Daverdisse. Your EcoSophia guide will pick you up at your accommodation and explain the day’s activities. In his company, you start your hike from the accommodation and follow the path that he will have chosen according to the central theme and your desires. During this day, you take the time to connect with nature and its elements. Your guide will teach you the techniques to rediscover this ability to immerse yourself in the forest and enter into a symbiosis with the nature that surrounds you. No mobile phones, no outside distractions. The goal is to create a sense of calm and a certain quality of awareness.

Day 3

Free walking (5 to 20 km)
From Daverdisse, you can go on foot on one of the marked routes available. There are more than 20 loops between 5km and 15km. You will have at your disposal the map of the hikes and will be able to choose what suits you according to your desires and the weather. For example, you can go to Redu, the famous village of the Book, or go to Porcheresse and its magnificent views. In any case, you will be able to fully enjoy the nature and the beauty of the Daverdisse valley. At the end of the stage, you leave the loop to return to Daverdisse on foot.
